Windows Updates Broke Dual Monitors
I was really excited to get this, good specs and a good price with dual 27" monitors.Received it, set it up with dual monitors working in Ectended Mode. Looked good.Then did WIndows Update.....dual monitors stopped working. Tried reconfiguring, went back through updates to try to figure out which may have broke it. No luck.Did a BIOS Update from HP website. Turned it into a brick. Tech Support send send it back, prepaid by them. It took a week to get to them from the East Coast. Then another week to get back to me from CA. Dual monitors still didn't work. Gave up and returned.Bought a Dell mini-tower with Dual 27" monitors. It cost a couple hundred more, but works perfectly.

What a SCAM ! Definitely not a GAMING package
Doesn’t include graphics card which makes it impossible to play a game !! I realized this and then contacted them and they said I would have to buy it! Then I ask how can you guys classify this as a gaming package if you don’t have what’s necessary to run games in the pc (Graphic card) . & his response is that is a gaming package because the keyboard , pc , mouse and speakers have rpg lights … WHAT A JOKE

I had an issue with the Adapter that connects the monitors to the computer. Not only was the tech support representative helpful, they gave me a free accessory for my trouble.Tower, mouse, keyboard, and speakers are gorgeous.
