I really love your product and it has made a huge difference in my tennis game, especially my approach to both forehand and backhand game. I have been using it every day since it arrived on December 12. I am an active individual (64 years old) with excellent mobility. Your product has help me improve my footwork and technique drastically in the short time that I have used it. Repetition is so important. I try to play a couple of times per week on a real court and your product allows me play more at home and with more confidence. My adjustments are made with thought and not emotion, thanks to your system. I set it up in my basement it is perfect for New England winters. I am looking forward to setting it up outside in the spring and start working on my serving. I highly recommend this product for whether you are a beginner or someone that is comfortable on the tennis court. It is also easy to assemble, effective, functional and just a fun experience.

Tough to put together by your self. I was going to use it out side, however it doesn't work in the wind. You would need to weight it down. It doesn't take much wind to knock it over.

The Fast Track makes it so efficient to work on your strokes--at home! I've been using it for ground strokes as well as volleys. Only thing is the hoop channel is slightly too short for the thin rod, and the velcro doesn't always hold it in, so I've been spending a lot of time fiddling with it trying to get it to fit. I'll probably have to rig up an extra velcro piece or something.
