I don't normally submit reviews (shout-out to all of you who do—I appreciate you!), but I was so wowed by my customer service experience with this company that I have to share it. This product was just what I needed and worked great for me—easy to put on and adjust strap length, nice bright light that can be angled the way you want it, reflective strap—until it didn't. It stopped working...would briefly flash when I pressed the power button but wouldn't stay on. I figured it needed to be charged, but it wouldn't charge. I'd had it about a year but hadn't used it much (I only really use it during winter for walks when it gets dark really early). So I contacted the company on a Friday afternoon. I figured I might hear something back the next week, or possibly never. But by early Saturday morning I had a really lovely, apologetic, helpful email message! The customer support rep asked for my order number and mailing address, which, in an uncharacteristic fit of responsiveness, I promptly supplied. They then replied that "A replacement has now been dispatched and should be delivered within 2 days. We’ve also sent you the upgraded version completely free of charge." And indeed, by Monday afternoon it was here! It was the newer version, which I happened to already have another one of that I bought at the same time as the one that failed (they were two different colors) and have never had a problem with. It was one of those rare customer support experiences that left me disproportionately ecstatic due to the glimmer of hope it supplied in a landscape of commerce and service that too often seems gloomy and disappointing. Support this company! Their product is good, and they stand behind it.

Bright, light is adjustable to point down or ahead. It is perfect for night runs and walks especially with your dog. Drivers can definitely see you. I do wish the rear light was a brighter light with an adjustable flash pattern. It dims and then brightens slowly. Overall great reflective strap and light combo!

Love this light for my 7 pm walks. Works great in all weather conditions as it is waterproof. I like the fact that I don’t have to hold anything. You can angle the front light lens into the position you desire which is a very nice feature. Usually have to charge it once a week. It’s also nice that under the red triangle light on the back there are 4 red dot lights that indicate battery life 4 lit fully charged 1 lit and blinking charge it right away. Easy to operate 1 button click on at highest light setting, 2nd click lowest light setting, and 3rd click turns it off. In fall it gets dark by 5pm and this makes walking in the neighborhood safer as cars can see me. This has 2 settings high and low. While I don’t need the light to see myself so I use the lowest setting ( I have eyes that are really sensitive to light so much so that I have to use yellow lens glasses to drive at night). The high setting is very bright. My favorite thing is that it also has a red lighted triangle on the back so drivers can see you from both the front and the back. One of my biggest walking pet peeves is the fact that many evening walkers wear dark clothes and walk with traffic instead of against it and think drivers will be able to see them. Because this has front white light and back red light it allows user to safely walk with or against traffic as they so desire. I also pair this light with high visibility safty vest but I feel better safe then sorry. I want drivers to be able to see me walking on side of the road in plenty of of time but to be safe I walk on the side heading toward oncoming traffic that way I can jump out of the way for any driver that doesn’t give me safe space ( unfortunately where I live neighborhoods don’t have any sidewalks).

Unreliable. This worked for two 1 hour runs. On the third, where I was was starting to trust it, I took it on a trail run. 30 minutes in and it started fading then turned completely off. It was fully charged to 5 red dots before I went on the run. The button wouldn't do anything. A few minutes later it came back on and then started dimming after about 30 seconds. Dim to off again was about 5 seconds. As I continued to run, it continued turning on briefly and then quickly dimming to off. I had to use my phone as a light to get out of the woods. When I got home I checked the power level by plugging it in to a USB-C source. The unit showed 5 red glowing dots (full charge). It then turned on to full bright and click the button wouldn't turn it off. If you held the unit, you could shake it and it would turn off/on. At this point I hung it in a closed with it at full brightness and left it overnight to drain the battery. TL;DR... You can't count on it working and it need to work if you are out on a trail in complete darkness.

Better than I expected. Really like that it came fully charged, was able to try it out the same day i got it. Straps are flexible and easy to adjust though there is less adjustment than I thought there would be. Didn't think it would fit at first, but once I tried it on, it fit perfectly. Nice and bright, light weight, barely know it's there when I'm running. It really lights up the direction I'm going. Whether on the sidewalk, street or path, I find my way easily and can avoid any obstacles. There are two light settings both bright enough to see where you are going, and easily noticeable by other pedestrians and most importantly, vehicles. If there are any changes, I will update this review.

I got this for walking the dogs now that the mornings are getting pretty dark. It works pretty well and has a long lasting battery, however I do wish it was a little more wide lighting. The light is a little smaller so if you need to see a little more wide sighted, you just have to move your whole body. It's very light and the back red light is nice as well for safety purposes.

Purchased a second unit for my daughter. So far so good. Can run safely (trail jogging) in the forest in the evening and tip top visibility at +50 meters. Harness or straps adjust is simple to fit, 2 settings for the led light mode, orientation, lightweight unit, and good quality at this stage: cold temperature and under light rain usage. Safety for night jogging. Simple to power the battery via supplied cable. For now all ok. Good choice for night running. Vision.

Durante le uscite al buio, specialmente nella stagione invernale, questa torcia diventa uno strumento indispensabile per vedere e farsi vedere. Innanzitutto la fascia è dotata di strisce catarifrangenti ed è semplicissima da indossare (in stile zainetto, ma con un solo spallaccio e la cintura da agganciare poco più sotto dei pettorali). La torcia a led anteriore assicura una buona illuminazione del percorso anche nelle zone senza alcun lampione: è impostabile su due diverse intensità e si può inclinare in modo da puntarla dritta o in basso a seconda delle proprie preferenze, e per non dare fastidio a chi si incrocia. La torcia a led posteriore rossa permette di correre senza preoccuparsi di non essere visti. La durata della batteria è notevole (va avanti per diverse uscite) e può essere monitorata mediante delle tacche a led blu posizionate sotto alla torcia posteriore. Si ricarica facilmente mediante una porta USB C che si trova sul retro della torcia posteriore (nascosta sotto a un gommino che ne assicura l'impermeabilità). Per completezza viene fornito in dotazione il cavetto di ricarica. Preferisco di gran lunga una fascia di questo tipo rispetto a quelle da indossare in testa: la trovo molto più comoda e pratica. Consiglio di provarla perché ne vale la pena.
