Other than brand name, I can't tell these filters from the ones I've been buying at local big box store. Priced so it's like buying two and get two free.

Cheaper than buying at the home depot. Fit perfect.

I've previously used various "solid" filters. This style seems like it might have a larger capacity before it needs changing, which is nice.

I like the 4 pack which now gives me 3 spare filters after installing one, to have on hand when I need a replacement. I also like that these filter down to 5 microns which will filter smaller particles than the ones I currently use so, I will be keeping an eye on them to see how long they last. I like the fact that they say they can be cleaned and their overall construction looks good. I am curious to see how washable they are considering the amount of iron we get in our area. I like that each filter is individually wrapped to keep it clean until use So far I have not found any downside to this product, but only long term use will prove it out and if I have any issues in the future I will try to update this review.

This was just what I needed. We have well water and use one of these filters every couple of months as part of our filtration system. It gets the job done with keeping gunk and sediment out of our tap water.

One of our water wells produces sand particles and these paper element filters do a good job of keeping those particles from entering faucet controls. The waterflow is largely unimpeded. Easy to use and a good value. They filter the water enough to slightly improve the taste of the water I have noticed as well. The filter material seams to be pretty durable and long lasting.

Easy fit like an OEM part would. No issues so far.

These fit my canisters fine. I don't know if these will last as long as what I usually get for my home (not pleated) Time will tell, but this is a good price for a 1st stage sediment filter. This turns a light orange in my home (city water) after 1 day and lasts a few months before they turn dark and need to changed out.
