I was disappointed 😞. I usually buy refurbished laptops from this seller and have never had an issue. The laptop was super slow and unable to perform. I also could not start it. It had a start delay.

Don’t buy. I received a completely defective item (black screen, zero fan noise, no power button response) …..the orange little led near the charging port and occasional keyboard backlight flickering are the only two things function, so if you need a $300 night light-look no further. Day of recieving I immediately contacted Amazon, HP, and the seller as the technical menu advises. Of course each of them redirected me to each other, all claiming they were not responsible for anything. AMAZON, was even more disappointing. Claiming their only option was to have me ship it back so they could investigate and ensure that I didn’t break it (it.never.worked….) and then decide if they would refund me. Oh and cherry on top was that the process of determining if I was even qualified to get a refund for their defective product would take a month minimum. Save your self the utter disappointment and do not trust amazon

Refurbished does NOT mean low quality. It has everything I need for quick access, fingerprint, and Windows 11.

This laptop is awesome, fast, the only thing I wish it had was a # pad on the right of the keyboard! Yes I bought it refurbished, I was a little nervous about that. There reviews were great, & for peace of mind I bought a 2 yr warranty, for complete coverage for aprox. $50!

Power Cord did not work. Had to purchese one.

This item is excellent. Scratches are considerable. Charge backup very good. Touch work perfectly. Keybord and Mouse pad work perfectly.

This unit came in looking perfect, performance is good. However, keys don't all work correctly. They'll either fail to work, repeat, or are just generally inconsistent. Screen also flickers. These refurbs are luck of the draw as they obviously don't test each one thoroughly, even though it does ship with a checklist showing someone checked it.

A mí en lo personal me mandaron una que en realidad se veía completamente nueva a excepción de que el embalaje no ere original ni el cargador

Pésimo sigo esperando mi reembolso, una lap top dañada de teclado pero que casualidad que nunca llega paqueteria para devolverlo, tengo desde el día 7 de octubre que Ise lo de mi devolución y nada que vienen por ella

El sistema está bien, pero el mueble no me gustó, tiene detalles de pequeños golpes y el holograma está desgastado, lo que se presume un producto descuidado.
