Can’t do without
Been drinking this for about 4 months now I’m still loving the taste & the feeling it gives oh so nice a nice focus & a gentle lift only gripe is how much you get but 1-2 cups a day a half teaspoon overall not too bad in comparison to coffee & you can get the larger bag which lasts me a month

It tastes like dried seed weed or dried fish
It tastes like dried seed weed or dried Fish. Not bad but a very acquired taste.I did have my best night's sleep for decades last night.Instructions on the packet is to place 1/4 teaspoon in 30 ml of hot water. The taste was there but 30 ml of hot water in a small bowl goes cold very quickly. Especially after it has been whisked up.
