To be honest, I am never into fitness band or was never been because the usual smart watches are too distracting for me to use or it's like another device to beat withWith the Mi band 9, what I really liked was for someone who is a beginner to the world to smart band/watches, this does the job really wellWith basic features such as SPO2, stress, Heart rate and all the fitness activity loaded it does most of the routine things I was looking for, bonus it does have the Sleep pattern features too which is great for me as I was planning to understand my sleep patterns betterOverall with the customisations and app integration it does more than good for the price you pay. Well I cannot describe the technical aspect of the watch yet as I am still a beginner to this fitness thingI am very happy :), this is definitely light on you wrist and easily sustains for more that 3 weeks

Works for more than 3 weeks on one charge. It is small and lightweight, and I wear this much more often than my Garmin runner's watch. It does not have built-in GPS and relies on your phone's GPS. If you want to go running without your phone, then this is not for you.

Great gadget, very easy to use. The battery is really good, dropped only 8% in 4 days. I love the colour (I have the soft pink one). Just tried the activity function and it's quite accurate.

Bought this to replace Fitbit’s which themselves broke every 2 years! Low cost, has everything I need, easy to use, accurate, easy to see, phone notification, activity tracking, sleep tracking, excellent battery life and Mi Fitness app is easy to use. Couldn’t be happier with it, thoroughly recommend.

Had this now for a few months. Some good data. Although it misses or does not report on the app each day.Shame about the quality of the data.I swim 3 times a week and to date it never has calculated the distance correctly. As you count the lengths and the pool size does not change. It is about 40% out.For walking missing days of data. Even when you sync.Sleep. Says I’m sleeping at times when I’m just reading a book.I like that it is simple to use and no subscription required.Helps as a guide but nowhere near accurate.Hoped for better from the brand.
