Gives a great boost in energy and with the creatine I get great recovery. Tastes decent. Been using c4 products for years.

Powerful preworkout....tastes pretty decent. Not too intense on flavor. Watermelon is good also.

The actual feeling and energy this pre workout gives is pretty good. However, I have never tried a more awful tasting pre workout. The after taste is absolutely terrible and I can barely choke it down.

Oh this is delicious and you can feel it working in just a few minutes. I was ready to workout with more energy than premixed drinks and less than 20minutes after consuming. There was Jo crash feeling. The flavor is so good with a slight sour. Dissolved nicely and easy to consume. Good price for the amount received!

The taste is absolutely disgusting and unbearable would not recommend at all.
