Perfect replacement.

I got this to replace a missing NUC7i7 power adapter. I tend to lose one, then move one from another machine, which then needs another adapter. I don't have a lot to say about this adapter, which is a good thing. It powers the computer as expected, and with the figure-8 wall cord, you can use shorter or longer cables if you have specific length needs. At a bit under $17 right now with two promos on the product page, it's a great deal. No complaints, nothing in particular that I'd change about it.

This works just like the original. Small size, long cords and a big help.

This power supply says that it is compatible with a NUC 8 but in fact it does not supply the same amount of power as the Intel supplied power supply for the NUC 8 or at least mine which is the NUC8i7BEH model. Output on the factory supplied Intel power supply is 19V 4.74A 90 Watts. This unit is 19V 3.42A 65W. They seem to purposely not show a picture of the back of the power supply where this is visible in the listing and wait for you to figure it out when you receive it. While your NUC may work with this unit it will not be supplying enough max power. I highly doubt any of the later NUC units (9 through 11), which this listing says it is compatible with, have lesser power requirements than the NUC8. I would not recommend buying this power supply to anyone with a NUC 8,9,10, or 11.

So I got a NUC last year for using in my 3D print farm. At least that's what were my plans until one of our bunnies bit through the power supply cable, the embedded one, lol. I got this for the replacement and it works flawlessly. Definitely recommended
