This product actually works! I have had under eye bags for years - since my mid 20's, and now three decades later I'm still searching for 'that' product which works (without resorting to surgery). It doesn't get rid of my bags entirely but certainly minimalizes them. Even my critical teenage daughters agree! What I am trying to work out now is how/when to apply - before my serum and day-time moisturiser or a little dab after. My only criticism is if you put too much on/don't rub it in enough, it leaves a white residue but this can be overcome by rubbing/patting until dry. Plus if you put loads/too much on, I can physically see the bags tightening up but kind of pulls the skin too much and distorts my eyes & almost pull them out of their usual shape but this can be overcome by using the right amount for you. After 5 days of use, I am still experimenting on how best to use but it is an excellent product and one I have been waiting for years for!

I tried it, despite my answered question above, so it's my own choice. I had hopes, it first appeared like a collagen gel. It went on like gel, tightened really fast and left a tight dry feeling. Unfortunately made my hooded eyes much worse. Puffed the wrinkles up, feels the hoods are coated and bloated and so much more noticeable. In my experience, it's like a latex film over the skin. When it didn't help my eyes, I fired it onto my entire face to see if I can make some use. It dries really quickly, so trying to blend on a large area failed, even blending really fast using a sponge. It dries like a skin, but whiter skin. On my nose particularly, it dried to look like a scaly reptile. Finally, I threw in an end of bottle liquid makeup, to try and salvage something for the money. No. Scaly look was more prominent. Also skin feels like the pores are blocked. I'm concerned the skin colour is pinky not from improved circulation, but from lack of oxygen... Pluses..from a distance, it can look quite smooth and fresh skin colour. Up close, disastrous reptilian skin with white bits. So for me, it feels tight and dry without beneficially tightening. I don't know how this could be positively reviewed. If you think it's user error, ie you think I am not using it correctly, open to constructive tips. Edit) No, I am an actual customer who paid hard earned money for a product which seems useless at least for my purpose and I did think I must be misusing it, for that reason. So I stand by the review, it is honest, my opinion and my own experience. Interesting to see what you have written. I am almost sure I got the idea of adding this to liquid makeup only because I read here that can be done. I won't reread to check if that came from you, or as a suggestion by another purchaser. Having read somewhere that it can be done (believe whoever it was even specified the ratio), it logically would follow that it can be used in areas other than the eye area. However, it's fine. I am happy I need to pay for a product effective for my skin issues elsewhere. Good luck to you and your products Second edit) I see you edited out. This really works, I could hardly believe the difference it makes

This product is usually my little miracle in a bottle—it works beautifully, and I’ve been a loyal fan for ages. My eyes practically send thank‑you notes every time I use it. But this latest order? Let’s just say the dispenser and I had a bit of a falling out. I tried everything: the classic shake, the “run it under hot water” trick, even some furious pumping that could qualify as a workout. Nothing. When I finally pried off the lid, I discovered the mysteru - no tube inside to draw up the liquid is that the reason? Thankfully, customer service swooped in like superheroes and sorted it out quickly. A new order placed and I know my eyes will soon be back to looking brighter, smoother, and ready for the day. Bonus: it doubles as a fantastic primer, so makeup glides on like a dream.

This product works well for my under eye bags. It definitely tightens the skin to improve my appearance. The bags are not eliminated completely but it makes a big difference. Definitely helps with confidence and as long as you don’t apply too much, there is no white residue left in the skin.

I'm 75 and I've been using this product for over 6 months now. When I go to bed everynight I sleep on my back and I put it on my cheek bones and smooth it onto the bottom of my eyes. So when I wake up my wrinkles are smoothed out. They haven't disappeared but they are definitely smoother and have improved over time.

It does work but pump stopped working after using a few times

Excellent really tightens and lifts your eyes very happy with this product and value for money I tried a simular cream in the USA and was very expensive and this cream really works.

Ottimo prodotto. Se usato con un gel occhi come base ( non deve essere untuoso , altrimenti vanifica il prodotto ) e in dosi ridotte , toglie immediatamente le borse sotto gli occhi per almeno 8 ore, senza evidenziare rughe sotto gli occhi. Non ho mai trovato prodotti migliore di questo. Consigliatissimo !

Love love love!! I previously bought the more expensive product but as having very sensitive skin I would have a reaction if I used more then 1 day in a row so could only use here and there. I decided to try this product and I’ve found it exceptional and my skin doesn’t have the reaction that the more expensive stuff had and you get more product for your money which makes me very happy! Within 10 minutes it totally get rid of the puffiness and bags without irritation. I realize it might not work the same on every person but for me it’s a real game changer! Thank you so much for this product!! Definitely will be one of my everyday routines!

Wirklich sehr gut wenn man sich exakt an die Gebrauchsanweisung hält. Meine tiefen Augenringe sind verschwunden. Einfach die Rillen auffüllen und sie verschwinden. Ja, natürlich bleibt ein leichtes Gefühl der Spannung, aber so what 🤷🏻‍♂️, die Augenringe sind weg!!
