These knives are brilliant. I use this one every day. Stay sharp and very durable.

Very good knife, but.
It is a good knife and very sharp. The only disappointing feature is that we already had a set of kitchen devil knives where we broke the knife that looked and sounded the same as this one. When this one arrived we discovered it was a different shape and design so does not fit the holder with the others.
