I wasn't too sure about the apple cider vinegar in this, but it's okay. I've been taking this over a month and feel less pain, it's hard to know how much to contribute to diet and lifestyle, but I feel overall it helps. Tasteless, odorless and easy to swallow. Good value because 3 month supply. Ingredients seem to be high quality with no side effects.

Great product if it really works. I haven't noticed any difference in my hypothyroid symptoms but I haven't found anything that does yet. They aren't too big to swallow. I don't have any noticable side effects. Tamper evident seal.

I decided to try this product for the health benefits that I have been hearing about turmeric. I find that it is easier for me to take a capsule rather than cooking with turmeric, as you can’t really put it in just anything. This product actually has a lot of other things in it that are supposed to be beneficial For health such as apple cider and also black Pepper, which is needed for the turmeric to be properly absorbed. I have not felt any different, but this is a 3 month supply so hopefully closer to the 3 months, I’ll be able to note a difference.
