Plan to get two!
This had been a godsend for our teenager to get around to school and dance practice. It has served me a lot of time and gas. Grandpa is considering getting one to get to work.

Customer service
The bike is advertised to fit people who are 5'7". The seat post could not be raised to a sufficient height to accomodate my leg length. I contacted the company via email and they responded the next business day and were able to send out an appropriate height seat post for no charge. I've done a ton of road and gravel bike riding on really nice non e-bikes. I'm using this bike for commuting to work. It's great! It's smooth. No jerkiness to changing gears or levels. On the way home from work (when I don't care if I sweat or not), I take off the assist and although the bike is heavy, it's a great ride with my own power. Just had it a week.
