Got for my daughter birthday she loves it so much great toy

I hate to put a disappointing review up but I don't want anyone else's kids disappointed. Our daughter opened this on Christmas morning absolutely ecstatic, she was so excited but it didn't work...no noise even after replacing batteries. It was a let down. Went onto amazon and they sent a replacement within 2 days which on amazon's side of things was great. We had to tell her that santa gave us money to order one since this one didn't work. So she was so excited again.....for the exact same thing to happen again!!!! This time I've just put in for a refund rather than exchange, I think the excitement of it has definitely vanished which is a shame. It must be a bad batch for the 2 of them not to work and did see a review on here with someone saying the same thing. The rest of the cookeez range did work but she was most excited about this one :(

A brilliant idea, but expensive for one toy made

Terrible product. Bought for my daughter for christmas. First issue we had, the plastic safety stoppers snapped off inside the product so requested a replacement. Replacement arrived, we followed the instructions and like alot of the reviews have said, there was no sound , despite replacing the batteries the toy didn't work. My daughter was so disappointed. So I have 2 of these ready to send back! Thanks Amazon.

Great toy my daughter has the frying pan as well. She lives the soft toys that come out of them, I have to admit it’s pretty cute. They smell really good for a really long time. I think this makes a great gift for girls 6-7

Doesn’t make a noise (no music, ticking, bell, toy doesn’t make sounds or shiver). I replaced the batteries and it still doesn’t work, like several of the reviews state this is clearly a rubbish batch. Only options with Amazon are return for refund or replacement but how can I return it? Child has already opened it and used the mix etc and packaging all in recycling. Really disappointing Christmas present and even more disappointing customer service!

The Cookeez Makery Freezy Cakez set is a fun and creative toy that my kids absolutely adore. The concept of mixing dough, shaping it into a cake, and then placing it in the fridge to reveal a cute, scented plush is very unique and engaging. The plush is adorable, and my little ones love the shivering and sound effects it makes. The instructions are easy to follow, and the kids were able to do most of the craft themselves with a little help from me.However, there are a few downsides. The icing included was very hard and didn’t work as expected, which was a bit frustrating. Also, while the fridge is cute, it’s bulky and takes up quite a bit of space. I’m also unsure how much long-term engagement this toy will have, as it’s a one-time reveal that might lose its novelty over time.Overall, though, it’s a great gift idea, especially for younger children. It’s fun, interactive, and adorable, but just be prepared for some minor frustrations with the craft portion.
