The first day, you would start with 1 morning tea in the morning and 1 night tea in the evening (The night tea is strong, please drink less if you are sensitive to the tea). Q: Since this is a detox tea, after drinking, approximately how long will it take to send to bathroom ?

Drinking this tea it does keep you regulated, not diarrhea. It does make me go to the bathroom more often and I think it's detoxing. My body feels clean from using this tea.

Dear, Thank you for your interested in our detox tea. The morning tea contained (Oolong tea & green tea), the caffeine of per teabag is between 10-40 mg, helps refresh in the morning. However, the night tea's caffeine is lower than 3 mg (Pu'er tea), so you can drink with reassurance in the night, the cleanse tea helps get ready for tomorrow. Sincere regards.

I think It’s best to take the morning one after a little meal. The night one i dont think it matter.
