This is a perfect replacement for the factory antenna on my 2016 Ram 1500! I have no reception issues on AM or FM. Just as good as the original. I mostly use satellite radio but decided to switch because of the car wash issue with the regular antenna, and I still wanted it to work. I was a little skeptical reading reviews before I purchased it with some saying lousy or no reception. That is not the case with me. I would highly recommend this antenna if your tired of taking the old one off at the car wash, plus this one looks a lot better!

Works and fits great on my dodge ram! Pretty sturdy, made it through a drive through car wash and still in good shape.

The reception isn’t the best for some channels because I live pretty far from town, but it looks way better than the old antenna. The old one also got bent in the car wash and this one doesn’t seem to be a problem. Plus it was low cost so I’m satisfied with it.

It looks great and is secure. I bought it to avoid taking the stock antenna off for each car wash. We live about 30-40 miles from the stations and had no loss of quality. I have not tried it on longer range trips on interstate yet.

This product looks better than the long antenna that was on the truck, but my actual radio reception sucks now. Even local stations barely come-in now and they are usually very "static-ee".
