Delicious! Easy to make!

I grew up eating fresh potatoes only so I was hesitant to try this product. Cooked some for my husband and myself and we both loved it. I have bought this several times since. It’s real dried potatoes. With the first bite I thought the texture felt a little different but otherwise it was great. Add extra butter or cheese and a little salt and pepper and they are even better.

Pretty much as I remember them from childhood. I like to add a liberal sprinkle of sharp cheddar and finely chopped chives for the lat 5 minutes of baking time... but good as they are out of the box. Tasty, convenient and quick to make on a weeknight. Amazon pricing MUCH better than my local grocery stores - good value at this price.

I've used these for years, and they are very good but are now about a third less in size. Barely was enough for the three of us. The taste is still there but not the amount.

We love this. Wish it came in larger size. It takes 2 boxes for family dinner but easy to make and great price!

If you are looking for a quick and easy side dish to go with your dinner celebrations this is ready in 35 minutes if you use one package of potatoes. If you want a larger meal then you can cook both packages of potatoes. It really is as easy as boiling water, and adding the water, milk and butter to the dehydrated potatoes. These potatoes come out of the oven completely rehydrated and with a creamy sauce. One package is enough for 3-4 people if you have other side dishes. I made this along with green bean casserole, some biscuits and ham with a pineapple sauce.~The Rebecca ReviewP.S. I followed the direction and added 1/2 a teaspoon of onion powder to the liquid before adding the potatoes. Delicious results! Definitely will do that again!
