The magnets are the same therefore don't attach correctly to both magnets on device. I have tried to change them and it still doesn't work. Hoping for a refund or new item that does work

This is exactly what it looks like, a two-contact magnetic charger for recharging low-power portable devices. It is USB-A at the charger end and 7mm-spaced at the device end.There is a smaller size of contact that this is not compatible with, but this is the more common size. The contacts on this are (together) about as wide at the USB connector.The cable is this, but then that’s all it needs. It works fine for the money.There’s nothing else to say, four stars.

This Hafiuege branded magnetic charger is better than the charger is better than the magnetic chargers that were packaged with my toys when I bought them.The Hafiuege magnetic charger is tougher and more robust, the magnets are stronger and once attached to the charging port on my toy remains firmly in place until I pull it off and the USB A connector fits tighter in my 240V plugs. The overall quality of the Hafieuge magnetic charger is very good.The only issue I have with the Hafieuge magnetic charger is the length of the cable which, at 0.8m, is on the short side. I would prefer a cable of 1.5m – 2m however I appreciate cable length is subjective and there are people out there who prefer shorter cables.At £4.99 (at the time of review) the Hafieuge magnetic charger is priced at the low end.Overall the Hafieuge magnetic charger is a very good replacement charger. Having lost my replacement magnetic charger for my massager, this was a direct compatible replacement and work perfectly without any issues.USB one side and magnetic twin points on the other side means that you can plug it into a device like a battery bank or a USB port and charge your item directly.Charging times are fine there was no burning or scoring even after multiple uses so far it has done the job without any issues.

Magnets push the wire AWAY from the device rather than towards it. Impossible to use.

Ordered this for my partner as she has a vibrator that has a missing charge cable. The original one was a little "flaky", working on two magnetic contacts that match up on the device. It never seemed to work properly and disconnected if knocked etc. This item arrived in a ziplock bag and is a direct replacement. The first thing i noticed was the magnets on the cable were far more superior compared to the original cable. Charging work straight away and the vibrator is now back up and running for some bedroom fun :) Price break is good and quality is decent. Great replacement cable.. partner is happy again (as am I!) Highly recommended.
