Extremely Disappointed – No Support & Printer Not Working Properly
Buy at your OWN risk. Once purchased..Trust me you will not get any technical support. We're trying to get the technical support for past 7 days. But noExtremely Disappointed – No Support & Printer Not Working Properly Since the day we purchased this thermal printer, we have not been able to use it even once due to improper print alignment. We tried multiple times to connect with their technical support team, but every time the response is the same: “We will call you back in 10 minutes.” It seems their 10 minutes have not ended in the last 7 days — because we are still waiting for that call. We have been following up daily, and every day we get the same repetitive response with no resolution, no callback, and no proper assistance. If you are planning to purchase this printer, please do so at your own risk. Do not expect any after-sales technical support from their team, as they simply do not respond or assist in any manner. Highly disappointed with the product as well as the service.

Best service for neyz
Printer was packed well although no driver disk was in the box. The support team executive NEYAZ helped me with installation. and they resolved the driver issue within minutes. Printing is crisp and clear. Good buy. Easy to use once setup is done. Thank You.

Shreyansh printer after sales service is very very poor class product under warranty but no service everyday new issue I faced and they tell send it to Mumbai through courier it is very very bad

Very good printer. Easy to use and functional. Print quality is very good and the labels are available in multiple sizes, Great for home use or small business use also. I had some minor questions and issues for setup and the service is also very prompt.

Customer support is very poor. Better product have in Amazon. Don't buy receipt and sticker printer combine.
