this item is perfect for my needs. i had rotator cuff surgery and was told to sleep on back and not flat. Pillow was uncomfortable so ordered this wedge. It is really comfortable and is perfect for the reason I needed it. The cover is very soft to the skin. Cover removable for washing when necessary. I need to sleep on this for as long as I have to wear the pillow sling which is to be 6 weeks. I am very happy with this purchase. It came squished. When released from its wrap, it plumped up in no time.

We got this as a comfortable way for my fiancé to be propped up while recovering from illness.It does what it is needed for. I didn't noticed much of a smell and any smell that was there dissipated pretty soon after opening it. Maybe a day.It came in a very small package and inflated rather quickly.The instructions say to leave it to expand for what feels like an absurdly long time.We let ours go an hour. Works fine.The covers come off easily and I just threw them in the wash with the other laundry. Just hung them up to dry after I stead of risking the. In the dryer.It's sturdy and provides excellent support.My only draw back is the foam has already started to discolor. Which, overall is no problem. Foam rarely retains its color without yellowing this one just seemed to do it rather quickly on the edges.Other than that, it is as good if not better than one twice the price.

Very functional and supportive. I must have looked at 100 different options before choosing this one and am so glad I did. It's versatile and supportive and a very decent price compared to similar items.I'll be in bed a lot for the next 1.5 weeks recovering from a surgery so this really has made a difference already in the last few days I've had it.

I bought one of these after my breast reduction and it was helpful to keep me elevated but even now fully healed... I still love it to lean up against to watch TV! It has solved a problem for me that we've been having for a long time. It's comfy enough I got my husband one too. They're great!

This pillow can be folded in several different ways, which helps when I'm trying to find a comfortable position to lie down in. It's soft and comfortable, the detachable pillow can double as an arm rest, and it's so easy to manipulate even with just one good arm. I'm very pleased with this purchase: it's made the difference to allow me to finally get some sleep as I recover.
