I take just one a day with my other supplements and have noticed I feel less 'nibbly'. I was advised to increase my nutritional intake, and amino acids were suggested. I like this product because it contains 20 amino acids, giving coverage for all nutritional needs combined with a healthy diet. Great product and easy to swallow.

I got this because I have an underactive thyroid and the latest research says certain amino acids can help the conversion from t4 to t3. After 2 months of taking just one a day( first thing in the morning with my vitC ) i now reduced my thyroxine medication. I also for the first time since diagnosed have strong nails ( no more need for acrylics) and my hair stopped falling out and is thicker. So I am convinced they definitely do something.

Have been using these for a while. Not sure that I notice any difference in my health. No horrible after taste and seem good quality. Standard size of capsules easy to take.

I'm always uncertain how products will work but I did feel a difference to my energy taking this. I've yet to have my blood tested to see if it's made a difference to my tsh levels of my thyroid but either way.. aminos are good for many other things especially when working out

Unfortunately I had a reaction after the first two capsules which were advised before starting on 3 capsules. Itchy skin on my right hand which was swollen, stinky breath, some faintness when standing up and generally unwell and so tired had to go to bed. All passed after 36 hours and not taking any more.
