Skil 6513 550w 13 mm Impact Drill with variable speed,Reverse,hammering function

Works well, lacking in finish though. Feels as solid as the price would suggest, but it never lets you forget that it comes cheap. If only they bothered to smoothen the corners and tighten the fit, it would have been perfect.Anyway, drilled 4 or 5 holes. It worked like a charm, including the hammer action. Buttons were the stiff, particularly hammer action selector. The screwdriver function worked better than I thought it would, it was actually useful in putting in the screws, though using at reduced speeds takes a little getting used to.Anyway, worth the money I paid and works well. I guess I can't ask for more (though it would be nice to have) at this price point.

This a superb tool with forward and reverse rotation, hammering action and variable speed. It is very user friendly for even a novice like me. Insertion of drill bit and locking was a tricky job and not shown in the manual but fortunately I learnt it from my local plumber as he was working in my home when the m/c was delivered. For the price of Rs 1800.00 it is a prized possession.

Amazon Delivered on Time with Good Packing. I tried with Drill in Wall and its drilled perfectly. More over the Hammering option in the Drilling machine make the Walls holes very easier. The Pros I can say, there is no Attachments or Box to keep this Drill safe, we need to put in the carton box which we recieved

Good drill for the price that I paid for it. Miss the sturdy case for storage of the drill, that usually comes with them - but in this price I think the case would never have been offered.Drill is good, effective but very noisy - especially in enclosed spaces - so ensure that you have good ear plugs before using the Hammering function.The knob to switch from Drill to Hammer seems a bit flimsy....but again this is built looking at the price point...The extra handle is very handy and give that extra control when drilling or hammering at full speed.....This drill have variable speed - and that is very essential feature especially when you start the drill process. Unlike others where the slight press on the switch would give you full speed....

Used almost 100 times till now and it's really very awesome and made my work very simple.

It great for home use it is perfect for Indian homes as we have brick walls .normal drill cannot drill a hole in the walls.it's hammerig drill come handy I try to drill in drill setting but it's difficult to drill in wall but when I change it to hammer drill it was lot easy.and it's value for money .screwing is little difficult as it has weight in front but it will screws great.

It's a great tool to have. Perfect for Do-it-yourself jobs. As good as any professional drill machine. Perfectly priced. Should be supplied with a carrying case or cover to protect from dust.People who don't plan to use the hammer function or do a lot of concrete drilling can also opt for a cordless variant which is slightly more expensive but very convenient.
