Package arrived water damaged. The user manual was ruined from it, and the product itself had a scuff on it. Seemed like it was previously opened but fortunately unused. After spending several minutes getting the app to work, the camera quality is terrible and it started malfunctioning within five minutes. The picture started to flicker and distort, so it became useless and I just turned it off. I can’t even be bothered to go through the hassle of a return over 10 bucks, but I would if it wasn’t so cheap. Don’t waste your money on this.

Camera quality is great! The app is easy to download and easy to use. The only downside is it doesn’t stay charged for long, probably 15-20min of use before needing charged again. Great quality especially for the price!

I was surprised how affordable this was! I bought it for my husband and he loves it. He said it was so easy to set up, use, and clean. Apparently it works better than he expected and he said he likes it better than the expensive water ear cleaner he has. He said it's a pretty decent camera especially for the price. I was worried he'd be too aggressive with it and hurt himself but he said it only took a minute to get used to navigating with it haha! Really good purchase!

I have to say that as gross it is to see and clean ear wax, there is something so satisfying about it.This little camera is really cool! Be aware it does take a bit to get used to it, training the eye and distance on the phone screen. Be patient the first few times you use it. I used it on my iPhone 15 and the image/video worked flawlessly!Definitely easy to use but please please please make sure kids don’t get to or is being used under adult supervision. It comes with some extra scrapers etc that will come handy. Some not so much.I also used this camera for a screw that fell in between my kids car engine and luckily we were able to use this camera to help find it since our hands could not fit.Yes really cool camera too to have worth the price!
