NSG 2439 700 Watt Panini Grill Sandwich Maker (Black/Grey)

I am writing this review after using the product for one week. Pros: +The grill sandwich taste great(crispy) +Can toast upto 2 big breads +No problem with sandwich fillings +Can be used to grill medium size bun with fillings +It takes 3 minutes to heat up the plate, Once the plate is heated it takes One minute to toast & Three minutes to prepare Grill sandwich(with veg filling) +Build Quality is ok. Cons: -Its better to grill one set of sandwich with fillings for crispness. -Metal part heats up in the top(Floating Hinge) -Short Cord -No mention of Warranty in Bill and no warranty card inside box -Imported from China, for service you can find Toll Free no in the box After placing the order it was delivered to me within 2 days. Good Packing from Amazon. Happy with the product so far.

It's a outstanding product... I really liked it. It makes the sandwiches so fast with no time... Its a really outstanding product. It is efficient and easy to use... Easy to clean too and the sandwiches made are not burnt too.. Its a really awesome product. I suggest everyone who is searching for a sandwich maker to take this nova sandwich maker.. Its not the greatest out there, but for a lightning price of Rs1000 its value for money for sure. Pros 1. "Floating" Top half should theoretically let one make those awesome grilled sandwiches 2. Gets sandwiches/grilled veggies made with grill marks to an extent (see cons below) 3. Unlike some comments, nonstick coating is okay. Need to clean it well. After use, put a few tablespoons of water in lower half and let it heat to generate steam. Wipe clean upper half then and the lower half as well. Easy clean! Not so great 1. Floating hinge design is a misnomer, the uppper half is flat but doesnt float. As sandwich filling increase the alignment of top and bottom halves is no more perfect leading to sandwiches that are squeezed from the back and top hald jutting ahead of the lower one. 2. With only 700w of heating, swiches off too early for a sandwich with filling to be ready. Needs to be put through multiple cycles for a crisp one. 3. Due to no weight in top half nor a spring type tension mechanism, to get those grill marks, one has to keep it shut forcefully. Low power with this handicap seriously reduces productivity and takes long time.

Nice little product which makes only one grill sandwich at a time unlike other bigger models which can make two at a time. Also, You need to take care that you don't over do it since it has a tendency of burning the break if left in it for long. Also the design imprint on the bread is unidirectional straight lines unlike the criss-cross pattern found on other models. Overall, a nice piece of hardware with no complaints at this price point.

We are happy with this product... Posting this review after 30 days of use... Its very easy to use... Easy to clean... The nonstick coating is also good... You can use sandwich size and regular size breads easly... The build quality and finishing is good... The only issue I noticed is the cord / wire is very small otherwise its good.
