These silicone pads are great. No more buying expensive Navage pods! I thought these pads would break down quickly, but I'm still using the first one and I use my Navage ~2 times a day. The pads are easy to install and the saline mix is very easy to use.

This works amazingly! Now I don't have to buy the plastic pods that are so bad for our environment.

They seem to work well as a sinus rinse. I’ve been using them for post op sinus surgery rinsing in my Navage. The packet contents MUST be mixed well in the distilled water otherwise a concentrated blast of salt may make you believe that fire ants have invaded your nose. The burning sensation is not pleasant. The Navage interlock defeat doodads can be a bit finicky to position correctly to defeat the interlock switch in the Navage. The usable lifespan of these doodads varies. Maybe 5 to 7 times before they give up the ghost maximum? I have installed a plastic wire tie on my Navage as shown in a YouTube video that defeats the Navage interlock. It’s a better way to go than these silicone things in my experience. The silicone bypass things have a short lifespan and can be difficult to place correctly. They work, yes. They are just too finicky to use IMHO.

This product is fantastic. It does what it's suppose to do. The silicone inserts work just fine. I used the same one for all 100 cleanses. Those people that complain don't have a clue what they're doing. You have to shake it to get the salt dissolved. If you don't shake it you're going to get a nose full of salt. You just need to be smarter than the machine. I gave it 1 star because if I gave it 5 nobody would read it. I've ordered another pack of 100.
