I’m highly impressed by this pillow. If you don’t read instructions or pamphlets that come with products, it might be a little confusing to see how flat these pillows are when you take them out of the plastic. The instructions specifically state to fluff off the pillows, and it was hard to believe that these would fluff up so much. I was really impressed to see they went from flat to really fat. I had to test one out, with also my new memory foam mattress. I was astonished by how easily my stiff neck was able to relax, that I almost fell asleep – and when I tell you, I am not a napper, I mean, I don’t nap for anything, not when I had a newborn, not when I have the flu, not when I’m running on three hours of sleep from the night prior. But I don’t think that I can live without this pillow now. It is so unbelievably comfortable that I can’t wait to have a full nights sleep on it. I only got it yesterday, so I have yet to sleep on it as the instructions say that it will take a full 48 hours. I’m letting it rest until tonight, and will report back if there are any changes. It’s very supportive, cradling my head and my neck as a heavy side sleeper. I don’t sleep on my stomach and I don’t sleep on my back much. I have a lot of shoulder discomfort, but I can tell this is going to help as a side sleeper. Give me the support that my neck and shoulder needs. I’m in the era of prioritizing my sleep health and this is a game changer. The fabric itself seems very durable and it’s pretty impressive to feel the soft side versus the cooling side, and I love that I can get a two for one pillow in one amazing pillow. If you’re questioning the quality of your sleep and don’t have one of these pillows – I highly suggest that you purchase one of these or is that even to improve your quality of life. I really don’t think you’ll regret it.

Oh buddy these are great. I got a MyPillow because my old poly stuffed one was getting flat. I liked the shredded foam but I always noticed that halfway through the night my head would burrow through the pillow and I would end up sleeping on like an inch of foam instead of the full pillow. It was never very fluffy and I needed to add more foam but couldn’t. My in-laws had these pillows at their house and they are way cheaper than the Coop ones so I gave it a shot. They are great! It comes super stuffed, like you need to like massive rock hard firm pillows to use it as it comes. But the best part is, you can easily remove foam! Now I sleep great. My head still burrows through (not sure why that happens) but I am way more comfortable than before. The soft/cooling sides are also legit. One side is definitely very cool. Not sure how soft the other side is because I use a pillow case.

Update: The seller reached out in an effort to try to provide a resolution to consumer dissatisfaction. A replacement product from a different batch was sent and tested. When the new set of pillows were opened, I could tell right away the odor was significantly better. While they have a chemical scent, it is tolerable and does not smell of mold and mildew. After allowing them to air out and expand as directed, we gave them a try. The pillows are EXTRA FIRM, but adjustable. Some filling was removed to suit our preference, and the pillows were re-tested; they are now comfortable. There is a nice feature that I didn't notice before. The pillows have dual temperature fabrics. One side is cooling, while the other is standard. In summary: These pillows can be a wonderful addition to your bed if you are looking for something full and firm to place against the headboard in a pillowcase for show "as is." If you are actually using them to sleep on, they can be great after adjusting the fiber-fill to suit your needs. Overall, whether I'd recommend these is dependent upon which batch your product will be coming from. The first batch I DO NOT recommend, the second batch I highly recommend. . Original review: I purchased these due to the great reviews. I am EXTREMELY disappointed, as I'd hoped this product could be the answer to waking up with neck pain. I will never know whether this could have been a solution to my discomfort, because I couldn't get past the smell! Immediately upon opening these I inhaled an overwhelming stench that smelled of mold. I wanted to give the manufacturer the benefit of the doubt to see whether the smell would dissipate. The instructions say to wait 24 hours to allow for full expansion, as they arrive compressed. After 24 hours, the smell wasn't any better. I allowed these to sit out for a week, and the odor is so horrid that none of us can even bring ourselves to rest our heads on them to test their performance. Even my husband who has a NOTORIOUSLY diminished sense of smell, commented that they have a "STRONG CHEMICAL ODOR." He said "just let them air out a few days, and they should be fine" When I informed him that I'd been airing them out for over a week, his eyes bulged! 😆 My son and I both have allergies, and just being near these pillows made our eyes itch. The product has positives that should be noted. 1. The product is esthetically pleasing; thoughtfully designed, and appears high end. 2. The pillows have zippered washable covers. 3. The pillows are full and firm 4. The product is adjustable. The filling is shredded, so if they are too firm, you only need to remove a bit of the filling until the suit your needs. If you are sensitive to strong odors, these may not be for you. If you're still with me through all of that, I hope this helps someone out.

This pillow is an essential. The perfect pillow. The outer pillow case has a cooling side and a regular side. The cooling side works incredibly well, its really pleasant. The inner pillow case can be zipped open which would allow you to adjust the amount of filling inside it. However, you wont need to. Just follow the directions and you wont be using any other pillow. Typically the only downside to shredded memory foam pillows is the chemical smell. I’m happy to report that these do not smell whatsoever. I purchased 4 pillows and they are all the same quality. A+

super good quality! i got on discount. they are so comfortable and really are cold when i lay on them! two pillows fit perfectly on my bed. they support my neck very well and have improved my back. pillow cases stay on and dont fall off easily. havent tried to wash them yet but they are washable.

Very durable. I have had this pillow for more than a year and packed it with me while I travelled the world. Before every flight I compress it as much as possible and tie with strings. At my next destination it expands back up to the normal size. And I took 8 flights in the span of 2 months, and the pillow is still nice and comfortable.

Having researched a fair bit for the perfect pillow, I'm glad I did because this has given me the best nights sleep in a fair few years. I suffer with Crohn's and been in flare for a long time. I can't remember the last nights undisturbed sleep I had but since getting this pillow the health of my sleep is vast improving and an added benefit is my neck pains are easing a lot. I love that you can reduce the firmness and fullness of the pillow by taking some memory foam out, to get the perfect ratio for you. The added feature of the cool and warm side is perfect for when I have them night sweats and tropical moments from meds. It is a feature I never knew I needed. It is the kind of pillow you would take everywhere with you for them weekends away. So go so that I bought another a few days later for a present. A VERY GOOD INVESTMENT

My main problem is that those covers get warm very fast as soon as your face touches them.
