I’ve been using this Xlear nasal spray twice a day for a few months now. In the morning when I wake up, and at night before bed. It’s actually made a real difference in keeping my nose clear, especially during allergy season. The combination of saline and xylitol feels gentle yet effective, and I appreciate that it’s simple, natural, and doesn’t sting. When my nose is dry or irritated in any way, I instinctively grab this stuff now. Keep in mind, if you use it too much it can dry out your nose. If you've used this stuff before, you know exactly why I'm giving it 5 stars.

I have been using XLEAR nasal spray at bedtime for several years. It has changed my sleep patterns for the good ! I no longer wake-up several times a night with nasal congestion which impedes my breathing. My sleep studies show improved sleep apnea and I have been able to put off going the CPap route of treatment. In addition, I keep a bottle in my car to use before and after a store visit, to kill any viral bacteria I might encounter while shopping. It is definitely a defensive habit in lieu of the annual flu vaccine. I haven’t been sick in more than 2 years.

I use a spray as my house is very dry and my sinuses suffer for it. This is a really good nasal spray because you don’t become addicted to it like some over-the-counter sprays.

This nose spray is great. You can use it as often as you like. I live in a dry climate and this really helps with allergies, dry nasal passages and congestion. I normally use it a couple of times a day and it really helps. If I get a cold or have allergies, I use it more frequently and don’t have to worry about the bad effects the chemicals in other sprays cause. No particular smell, just slightly sweet and it’s really soothing.

This product has been great during this cold winter month of January. My sinuses are getting the treatment they need and I am not congested after a few minutes of inhaling the mist from each pump. I also feel more protected during cold season.
