Such a versatile cooking pot. We use it on the stove to brown off the meat and then just add the rest of the ingredients before placing it into the oven to cook a casserole or stew. This ability to be used either on the hob, in the oven or both makes it ideal for cooking so many things and it is attractive enough to be used on the table as a serving dish. It's also very robust and cleans easily. Can definitely recommend.

Finally had to replace my old one after 25 years . It still does the job right and is excellent for one pot cooking. This one has a slight bobbled surface underneath that grips a little better than the old one. I love it!

Very good quality

I chose this one for its convenient size, as well as the glass lid with the added bonus of a knob to lift off. It has handles on each end which makes it so much easier to carry , especially as I have arthritis. Have cooked in it, and it is super to clean, does not stain, and the best dish in my cupboard !

Used for making spaghetti Bolognese.
