Pathetic Machine....now-a-days quality of Prestige products have been declined drastically. Machine works 4-5 days then stops working again..cycle repeats Service personnels visits but of no use since it stops working after visit... Even in warranty period they don't agree to replace the faulty induction.

I bought a Prestige induction cooktop, and it has been a completely disappointing experience. The product stopped working after just one year. It had already broken down 2–3 times before, and I had to get it repaired every time, but the same problem keeps happening again. The quality of this product is extremely poor and not worth the price. I would not recommend Prestige to anyone based on this experience.

“I have been using Prestige induction for 4 years and it has been an excellent experience. It consumes about 1 unit in 40 minutes, which is very efficient. I haven’t ordered an LPG cylinder for the last 4 months because this induction has completely replaced gas in my kitchen, and I end up saving almost ₹2000 every month. After 4 years of daily heavy use, my old one got damaged, so I bought the same Prestige induction again—it’s that reliable. It heats quickly, cooks evenly, and is very easy to clean. Just be careful while using it: avoid spilling water or milk inside, as it can damage the unit, and laminating the buttons is a smart idea for extra safety. A big advantage is that it also works smoothly on inverter and solar power, which makes it even more convenient during power cuts. The preset cooking options are very useful, and since electricity is free in Punjab, I don’t even get a bill for using it. Overall, one of the best and most cost-effective purchases—highly recommended!”

Hi this product is very bad after purchasing today 20-8-2025only I opened and it's showing E0 error. Kindly take the product and replace with new since in warranty period.
