Issue with hp 680 ink cartridge
Subject: Issue with HP 680 Ink Cartridge - Request for Exchange and Alternative Product Dear Amazon Support, I am writing to report an issue with the HP 680 ink cartridge I received on 24th August 2025. The cartridge is not working as expected in my HP 2331 printer. Both cartridge panels are blinking continuously, and the printer is not recognizing the cartridge. I have tried the following troubleshooting steps: - Reinstalled the cartridge multiple times - Checked for protective tape and ensured proper installation - Cleaned the cartridge contacts - Reset the printer Despite these efforts, the issue persists. I believe the cartridge is faulty and would like to request an exchange. I would appreciate it if you could arrange for an alternative product to be delivered as an exchange. Please ensure the replacement cartridge is compatible with my HP 2331 printer.
