Terrific replacement for our propane cooktop.
I installed this induction cooktop in our motor home to replace the propane cooktop that was originally installed. The installation was simple. The performance of the cooktop is amazing. Even thought this is only a 120 volt cooktop, it heats very quickly and is very easy to control. We are thoroughly pleased with this product and highly recommend it.

Attractive and good value, but induction coils are small
This looks and feels like a very high quality, named brand, induction burner. I really like the touch control buttons embedded in the glass instead of the plastic covered physical buttons that other units use. My main disappointment with this unit is the size of the induction coils... which conveniently, is not stated in the specs. I did not open the unit to look inside, but from observing where the water starts boiling in the middle of a large frying pan, I would say the coils are each 6" or smaller in diameter. I was hoping for a little larger since there are other units at this price point touting 8" or even 9" coils. I suppose since this unit has two burners instead of just one, I should not have expected too much. The "sync" feature where you can combine both burners to heat up one large round pot is mostly a gimmick. First, the only way to do this is to split the 1800 max wattage into half for each coil(900w each). Then it would only be efficient to center the pot between the two coils if he pot could reached an inch past the mid point of each coil... which means the pot would have to be right near the units maximum pot size limit of 10.8". Any round pot with a base smaller than 10" would benefit more from just being centered on a single burner set to high(1800W). It would make sense though to use the sync feature for a long, rectangle grilling pan, especially if you used it to cook two large burger patties, one centered over each coil. The last negative thing that other people have commented about is how this burner only has enough space to accommodate two small pots, or at most, one small and one medium pot. This is true, but it is also true that most other double burner induction units available are around 24" in length, where as this one is only 20.5" long, which is the maximum size I can install with my space limitations.

Save Electricity and Time and Have Fun Cooking!
Empava Built-In Electric Induction Cooktop 36 Inch. Not many reviews for this size, so here is mine, and this was easy! In a nutshell, we are super pleased with this induction cooktop! It replaces a glass-top radiant unit: it worked and kept the kitchen plenty warm, but had knobs that made cleaning a little more of a chore. We've had smooth-top radiant in the past, without knobs. So this unit fit the bill, plus we wanted to try induction. Installation was easy and after a month of use we are happy. Induction is great, less power demand, less residual heat, and FAST cooking! This one is a bit pricier but it has so many features that make it almost fun to use. Make sure your cookware is "Induction" ready; our "Made In" skillets work beautifully. Easy choice for us. Well packaged, arrived fast and perfect. If we have more to say in the future, we'll update.

Great Product
Great deal and well designed!

Almost ok
The two heart zones are too close together. You cannot cook two things at once! You must use a grill plate. Otherwise it is good

Effective and intuitive, but expensive.
I installed this 36" 5 burner induction cooktop just before Christmas of 2025, and it has been used quite a lot in the last two weeks. It is quick to heat, maintains even temperatures, the controls are pretty intuitive and it is easy to clean up. The installation was also pretty easy, but it was replacing a conventional cooktop of the same size and voltage so it wired up and fit right into place without a problem. The biggest downside is the number of presses it takes to boil a tea pot. Hold the unlock button for 3 seconds (because it automatically locks itself when not in use), tap the cooktop On/Off button twice, then tap the burner On/Off once, then the Power Boost button to max the heat, then (optionally) start a timer for 2 minutes by tapping the Timer button twice, then the + button twice and finally the Timer button again to start it. The upside is that it will just about boil 16 oz of water in that 2 minutes which is fast as far as I'm concerned. The number of presses becomes a non issue when using all 5 burners, however, as it is very easy to see what burner is at which level and changing them is super easy and intuitive, unlike some of the other offerings. There is a bit of a buzz to the induction, but that is heavily dependent on the power level, the pan design, and the volume of the room and/or whatever is cooking. It was more than 2 times more expensive than other options we considered, but the aesthetics of the design and controls were what caused us to pick this one. Two weeks in, it's hard to say how long it will last, but so far so good.
