I have hip arthritis and the Bob and Brad D5 Pro Massage Gun has been an important part of my therapy for several months. It provides me with effective deep tissue pain relief. The gun is easy to grip and I find that I can massage both the front and the back of my legs and hip easily. The D5 has adjustable speeds, is quiet to use around the house, and is very comfortable to hold. It comes in a very well designed case making it convenient to take along when I travel. In addition to using the D5 for arthitis pain relief, I am a cyclist and find the massage gun to be excellent for relaxing my muscles after a workout. Highly recommended!

It has a lot of power but it is abit loud.

I liked the massager but it broke after light use within 9 month. After turning on, sometimes it turns off randomly, and the button seems to be less bouncy. Can product support contact me after you read this review pls! Update- I was contacted by the support team who read my review promptly and they offered to provide a full refund or give me a new massage gun at no cost since it was under the 12 month warranty period. I chose getting a new gun since I did like the performance. They have also extended the warranty to 27 months so the new gun will be covered. 5 stars for customer service.

However, unlike other massage guns, the D5 Pro has a very comfortable handle. The reason I first purchased the small model Q2 mini before purchasing the large Massage Gun was because it was easy to hold. The D5 Pro I purchased this time is different from other massage guns because it is easy to hold in hand despite its large size. I think this is also an important point that cannot be ignored. * And I really like the case. Because it looks luxurious and is actually sturdy, I feel good because I feel like I am using a luxurious product every time I take the Massage Gun out of its case and use it. * Also, the Q2 mini is marked with a scale, but the D5 Pro is marked with numbers, which is good. * Lastly, one thing I regret is that I wish there was a separate space to store the massage head as the shape of the Q2 mini. A pouch is provided to store the massage head, but the Q2 mini's case is much more convenient for storing the massage head.
