This is great to make slow increases in back and leg workouts
It adjusts in small increments to really help me select the weight I want to increase on each movement. It works perfectly for what we wanted. Well made and was worth what we paid

This adjustable weighted vest is easy to adjust the weight on. We have used it multiple times on our 3 mile walk and we feel the difference in our cardio. Easy to snap on and off.

Poor quality
Had for a week and the stitching started to tear. It fit good. The weights are easy to take out but a bit excessive to try and put back in. It’s sort of adjustable with 3 straps. It works and is functional as needed but with the stitching ripped it’s because more of a chore to keep together. It’s as comfortable as a weighted vest can be but just quality was not there.

so hard to put the bags in the vest, bags are different sizes they have to be placed in the same size pouch, shoulders are too big unnecessarily they're are a lot of other smaller vests that hold 60lbs so can't do what I'm trying to do, only good for running but all the weight is forced on to your collar bone so it hurts alotedit: only a month and the bags rip because of how tight the pockets are you have to force them in all I did was take one out of the pocket have to get a new vest

Weighted Vest
I went back and forth on which vest to get. I ordered this one for the price and adjusted weights. I started out with 14lb and now after 3wks I’m up to 18lb. It’s been great for my hikes in the woods and I even used it in the snow with my snow shoes. It’s a great workout and the weight is evenly distributed!
