Very easy to assemble, it snaps together and there are two screws to secure the guard. It's light but sturdy, fairly quiet especially compared to a gas powered, and straight forward as far as operation. The 2 batteries arrived fully charged. I was able to trim the grass and weeds around my house and trees fine, along with edging the driveway. It's not powerful enough to get the thicker weeds, but I understood that when I bought it. I like not having to worry if my gas powered one will start, so this was worth the money.

As a novice doing yard work, this trimmer has perform remarkable. I needed one that I could handle and tug around. The weight is perfect for me. The trimming capcacity is great I can do my 1/4 acre with the two batteries and I still have two bars to left. It is very comfortable in my hands, The batteries take 2 1/2 hours to charge and it give plenty of running time to finish my job. It is easy to handle and manuever. I have had this close to 2 months. It has work every time. It is not flemsy very durable material. I am very happy with my purchase. I am 63 years old, 180 lbs, (bad knees) and I can handle this like a pro.

Difficult to get the string “hooked up just right”. It’s easily assembled. There are (2) 20V batteries and a charger that has a green light when fully charged. The angle on it is difficult to use at times. If you’re a “light weight” it is a little heavy but still workable.

I'm not an Amazon Vine person writing this review - I bought this string trimmer for my husband. Now, he's only used it one time, but that was pretty much all day long. He spent hours outside with the trimmer trimming up all sorts of areas with it. He came back happy with it, loved not having to mess with an extension cord, and said the battery wasn't even fully charged and it still lasted for hours. Also, it's not heavy and is easy to use. It might break the next time he uses it but I will be back here to update this review if it does. It cost $63.59 with the $30.00 dollar discount coupon and free shipping. I think we got a good string trimmer for that little amount compared to the costs of some other battery powered string trimmers.UPDATE 9.8.24 - Hubs has used this string trimmer several times now and still loves it.UPDATE 7.27.25 Hubs is still using this string trimmer, a lot, and it still functions wonderfully.

The Weed Eater Comes Unassembled And You Have To Put Together 😞 I Was Expecting It To Come Pre Assembled. It Works Good For Sidewalks And Around Driveway. The Other Issue Is That It Is Not Long Enough For Taller Individuals. Other Than That It Is A Overall Good Trimmer And The Extra Battery And Spools Of Trimmer Line Is A Plus.

Worth every penny, as stated battery last about 30 minutes but comes with 2 so had no issues trimming front and back yard, takes awhile to recharge.

I was thrilled when I got this, initially. It is lightweight and adjusted angles.I put it together which was a breeze, I charged both batteries. I love that it came with extra spools, and 2 batteries. But that is where the love ended. The second I turned it on the power was underwhelming. I stood there for a minute thinking it will speed up, nope. I proceeded to trim down the grass next to my fence. The directions say move in a slow motion, a sloth moves faster than you can move with this thing. If the blade of head is a little thicker than normal then it struggles to knock out down. Ten minutes in the first battery was done. So glad it comes with 2 batteries (they claim more than 30 minutes usage time, you would figure they meant per battery. Not the case). I put the 2nd fully charged battery in and 8 minutes later it's done.It really can't even do light work. I think they made this as a child's toy and decided to label it as a real tool. If you have almost no yard with a tiny lawn and the area you need to use this on isn't longer than 10 feet by 1 foot then this is for you. Other than that, save your money. I am really disappointed with this and can't believe I wasted my money on it. The locker is it reduced in price by almost$20 since I bought it 3 days ago.

I really love this product. It works so well and is very easy for me to use. It is lightweight and has great battery life. My kids are able to use this too with no issue. I use it often and has lasted through the seasons. Customer service is also top-notch. The manufacturer is available through email and is very responsive with any questions. Highly recommend to anyone!
