I’ve been using this product for 3 months now. I suffer from fibro, bone disc degeneration, and have an old hip joint injury. I have felt worlds better since using it. Very effective! The quality of these pills has given me much less daily pain! They are a lot to swallow if you take all 6 pills at once but it’s very doable since they are not all that huge.

I'm only giving this product 3 stars because that's how many of them I was able to take before breaking out in hives. I'd have given 1 or 2 stars if I didn't know that my system can be sensitive and it's most likely as much due to this as the product itself. I realize it could've, and most likely was, a combination of something because I've been trying other things for popping/painful joints, so I can't 100% say the reaction was purely due to this product. Price seems a little steep, as well.

I have felt an improvement in the movement of my knee by taking this supplement. Glucosamine must be taken for several months to feel this improvement in the knee or even the spine.
