The taste of saffron was authentic. I use it before sleep. It has a soothes effect and helps me sleep better. On more than one occasion I have used it to alleviate fatigue. Liked the taste, packaging, was delivered on time. Consuming this daily. My family also loved it. Better alternative to your normal coffee as this one has multiple benefits like increased memory and focus.
