I purchased this for my 86-year-old mother who has balance issues to help her sit down and stand up from the couch. She likes it and uses it. It was easy to put together, and it is sturdy. The padded top “handlebar” has just the right amount of cushioning for comfort without making it tok bulky to grip.

Quick shipping and easy to assemble. Had high hopes but unfortunately it is not stable on carpeted surfaces I had to return it

This product was a complete waste of money. The assembly instructions were incredibly confusing and the pieces felt flimsy and cheap. It never felt securely attached to my couch, making me constantly worried it would tip over. Instead of assisting me, it became another obstacle in my living room. I strongly advise anyone needing a reliable standing aid to look elsewhere.

It was smaller than I expected, but it turns out it was exactly what I needed. It's very sturdy, it was very simple to put together, and I'm certain I'll be using it quite a bit. It makes standing up from a chair, so much easier and safer while I recover from surgery.

I am a older senior and I use it at night for getting out of bed to hold on to a steady me.I has been a big help with one problem it tips and moves a little so it is important to remember not to push on it but keep all the 4 feet on floor and not tilt it.I feel safer as it is something to hold on to as I steady myself.
