I have a pathetic experience with the support system of Fire Boltt. The support system of Fire Boltt is a catastrophe. It's a robotic, unresponsive mess that churns out generic replies without any consideration for the actual issue. I've sent multiple messages, each one a plea for help with a simple problem – which app to install on my smartphone to connect to my watch – and yet I'm met with the same lazy, unhelpful response every time. It's glaringly obvious that no human is bothering to read my messages, and I'm essentially talking to a brick wall. The fact that I've had to send three consecutive messages with the same question, only to receive the same useless reply, is a stark reminder of the incompetence that plagues your support team. I was not asking for a complex solution; I was asking for a basic answer that any half-competent support person should be able to provide. Get them act together and hire people who can actually help customers, or admit that they are not capable of providing decent support. Stop pretending to care about resolving issues when it's clear they are not even trying. It is unfortunate that the system has no option to give ZERO or MINUS stars, which this company deserves.

Awesome Amoled display & resolution. Brilliant colours. Unique strap. Good metal build quality. Wireless charger. 5V 1 A adaptor took 2 hrs 30 mins to charge the watch to 100%. There is no Sound menu in the settings, no vibration & ring menu either. For incoming call notification this smart watch just vibrates. The vibration intensity also cannot be adjusted. Its really annoying to find that we have to pay a further minimum Rs 450 per month to avail AI Watch Faces generation. Will only use the 3 day AI services free gift for the time being. At the website no product manual exists for the Arc model. Please include that. Was all at sea trying to figure out how to access the various features, functions and menu using the rotating crown. The usage of the buttons should be clearly mentioned. The health and fitness trackers are almost as accurate as my Huawei Band 6. Got a fab discount. Appears to be a total VFM deal.
