Amazon description is a lie. Serving size is 4 tablets per day. Container will last 15 days. Please change the description of serving size to be accurate with packaging. Not everyone looks at photos. Yes, I did. Save your snark for YouTube comment sections. That said, this brand is good. The supplement is great. Most people don't know how important potassium is for removing heavy metals and keeping important bodily processes flowing (your organs are not at optimum levels if you lack potassium. Both potassium and iodine (help to) remove fluoride from the body. We had our urine tested. The body excretes a significant amount of fluoride when you ingest potassium regularly. Also, my wife is a dentist. She never recommends fluoride to patients because it causes neurological disorders, thyroid problems, and prostate, testicular, and ovarian cancers. It also calcifies parts of the brain to slow development and enhance dimentia. Potassium iodide is a great start to offsetting these things.

We live right down the road from Los Alamos Lab; just bought them to have on hand in case of emergency. My understanding is that we should not take them under normal circumstances. Hopefully we will never need them, but if we do they are here!

This product rocks. As with all NOW products, the potassium iodide is well packaged, sealed for security, and the pills are all well packed and never broken. I've bought 5 or 6 bottles so far and never a problem. People buy iodine for a variety of reasons. Mine is that we don't get normal amounts in our diet and the FDA requirements for iodine are a joke. My specific purpose other than general health is skin care. Iodine is extremely important in generating healthy new skin cells. As I have some inherited tendencies that can cause me some issues, I want to do what I can. Several skin issues have significantly reduced their presence since I started on this a year ago. After doing significant research, I determined that 30 mg per day is a very reasonable dose, though far more than what the FDA claims, but far less than most Japanese people get on a daily basis. At this level, it is very safe for all glandular function, and a year in has caused no issues at all.

I got these for an emergency and I hope that I won’t need them

Good to have on hand for thyroid, low potassium or ww3. Dosage is 4 of these tablets for two days due to how low the dose is per tablet but worth it. Also affordable 😁
