Nice laptop and good best under 25k
Nice laptop but little bit laggy but it is light weight abd ease to use and sound quality is not good but is lag for a bit

Worst Product, Don't buy it.
I am giving this product 1 star as there is no option to give 0 star. It is so bad that it can't handle Prince Of Persia (Forgotten Sands) which only needs 4GB RAM to play. It is clearly mentioned in the specs of this laptop that RAM is 12GB. I don't know what kind of RAM is this. This product is pathetic. Don't buy this even any product of acer. I think it is not a good brand. I purchased many laptops till now (HP, Dell, Macbook pro, Lenovo). First time I tried ACER and regretting. I tried to return it but there is no return policy, they can just replace and the technician was just trying to resolve the issue over the phone, he was not willing to visit my home and he took OTP over phone only and didn't resolve anything. Hello was just saying I tried a lot, had a conversation with my senior, His senior was saying if want to return the product, there is only one way that is return the product and we will refund you after deducting 3-4K amount. I don't know why. Nothing was clear and unresolved and that didn't make any sense. So I had no other option than using this laptop just for nothing. It is useless. Don't buy it, you'll regret.

Good for the price
I bought it for 17,500 only, at that price point, it is worth the money, it won’t be fast but good, battery, display keyboard are good and the build quality is rigid

If there were a zero-star rating available, I would definitely select it.
I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The performance is not as advertised and the quality is very poor. It does not justify the price at all. I expected much better from this brand, but it completely failed to meet my expectations. Save your money and look for a better option.

Slow working of the laptop
Very slow and hanging... Very bad choice as it is not at all working for the day I had purchased it .. it had never yet been working smoothly.. very disappointed pls think before buying
