NRS Healthcare, Steel Knork Fork for One Handed Use, 19.5 cm

I dont have the strength in left hand to cut things up so this knork is ideal i can cut and then pick the food up with my right hand, no need for a knife and a fork, always thought this would be a good idea. Easy to use, not to heavy, excellent quality

Initial impression: quite good. It doesn't look out of place, and it feels like a very sturdy fork. As a fork - it’s perfectly fine - a normal size, albeit with a thickish “neck” - put it this way, I doubt that Uri Gellar would be able to damage this one. It is also smooth, solid, and easy to eat with. As a knife - yes, it works. No, the edges are not sharp, and at first, you think it’s not really going to cut anything, but it does. Not steak, or anything tough like steak, but most other food can be cut without any difficulty. Chips/fries, vegetables, pies, quiche - basically anything you would cut with a “normal” eating knife can be cut and eaten with this gadget, but anything with which you would use a steak knife, or a bread knife - forget it. Wear and tear - I no longer have a dishwasher, so I can only comment from a “hand-washing” viewpoint. Over the last 6 weeks, it has been treated just like my other cutlery in various ways -ie: left to soak in the washing up bowl, left piled up by the sink for hours until ready to wash, left to drain/drip dry, or rattled about in the drawer with the other knives/forks. It’s perfectly fine. Still new and shiny, no warping, no signs of rust. Overall, I’m happy with it. A bit pricey, but very useful, so I’ll probably buy a few more.

Whilst this is a study fork - I would not recommend it as a fork come knife, as there is no knife part at all! No serrated or sharp edge. In fact, because the fork is thicker than your average fork - it is worse at 'cutting' through things than a normal fork. Total waste of money.

Nice weight size easy to use my husband has a stroke and lost the use of his right arm so this was very helpful

Does not have a sharp enough blade so the knife part is useless, I wanted to only use one handed ( broke my wrist ) waste of money

This is a great item if your having difficulty with cutlery. I have used them for a few years now and they are perfect for someone who struggles to hold a knife .

Klasse Gabel. Ein Schnitzel mit nur der linken Hand ging mal wieder gut und war lecker. Toll, toll, toll, toll.

Das Material istkompakter und damit ist die Gabel schwerer. Ich versuche alles vom Gewicht leichter zu halten und ich komme mit normalen Gabeln auch zurecht. War ein nicht ganz günstiger Test.

Da ich Probleme mit der Benutzung meiner linken Hand habe, habe ich mir diese Gabel bestellt. Laut Angaben eignet sich diese Gabel auch zum zerschneiden von Nahrung. Es wird einem sogar vorgegaukelt, das sich die Gabel zum Zerteilen von Fleisch eignet. In der Tat eignet sich die Gabel noch nicht einmal zum zerschneiden eines Apfelstrudel, der in Blätterteig gehüllt ist. Über das Zerteilen von Fleisch oder Pizza braucht man gar nicht nachdenken. Meiner Meinung nach ist es lediglich eine schwere Gabel, die keinerlei Zerschneidung zulässt, das nicht auch eine normale Gabel schaffen würde. Mmeiner Meinung nach maximal ein Stern für dieses Produkt.
