These pens write very well, and the UV LED built into the cap is very handy for the kids to see what they're writing, as well as going around the house looking for other things that fluoresce in UV light. However, I was a little disappointed to discover that all the pens write in the same color: light blue. Given that the body of each pen is a different color, I was expecting that each would write in a different color, but they do not.
