what are the ingredients? what type of protein is it

There are actually THREE DIFFERENT VERSIONS of this protein shake and each size drink has different ingredients. The ONLY one that doesn't have artificial ingredients is the 11.5oz version with 26g of sugar.

Have the previous sources changed leading to unpredictably long delivery times?

I believe they stopped making the good ones when they made the new formula, but I also believe the new formula was not accepted, and they now have the old formula in the 11.5 oz size back!!

Does this contain sucralose? It's not listed in the ingredients but some of the reviews mentioned it. Did they change the formula? Avoiding sucralose
