Does packaging prevent them from breaking when sent?

Our tumblers are shipped in protective boxes that are designed to prevent breakage during shipping. Despite our best efforts, there is still a risk of breakage during shipping. If you receive it damaged, we will be happy to send you a replacement.

Is it dishwasher or microwave safe?

Unfortunately, no. We recommend handwashing only to maintain the quality of the tumbler.

Can I customize the tumbler?

As of now, we do not offer customization on our tumblers.

How long can I expect my drinks to stay hot or cold in the tumbler?

Our vacuum-insulated tumbler is designed to keep your drinks cold for up to 24 hours and hot for up to 12 hours, thanks to its double-wall stainless steel construction and vacuum insulation.
