Easy to install. Fit perfectly and helped my hard top stop leaking. Good deal for the price.

Great Item
Worked great on front panels. Stopped the wind noise and water coming in. There are no instructions provided. If you look at the pieces provided it is easy to figure out how to install. Great maintenance for Jeep Hardtop.

Needs to be thicker.
Original problem: I have a leak in my freedom t tops on my 2013 Jk. I have a leak directly over my radio that actually caused my radio to short out. I purchased this product to help solve the leak. How I used the product: I scraped off my old foam pads and used alcohol wipes to ensure there was no residue (and a clean surface for the new pads to adhere to). I wiped surface clean and allowed to dry. Before removing the pads I placed the new pads in the same area and took pictures of the original pads to ensure I was putting the new pads in the correct spots. I also watched YouTube videos to ensure I was doing it correctly. My problem was my pads were too worn and were deteriorating. Pros of product: the pads stick very well, and they were easy to apply. They helped slow the leak to a trickle. Self explanatory application. Cons of product: the pads are not thick enough. Due to it not being thick enough, it did not solve my leak. I feel that the pieces need to be longer. The rounded “rods” were not clear on where to use them, and they were not shown in any of the YouTube videos. I gave this product a four out of five starts because I can not fault them for my lack of knowing where some of the foam rods go. Like many other comments, I wish it had instructions on where they should be placed - or a link to their own video of installation. I also wish the product was thicker. If it was thicker, it would have solved my problem.

Fixed the leak. Dealer quoted $980.
So far it's been one rainy week and I don't see any leaks. Time will tell, but so far I'm happy. My old seals were so worn down that it was hard to tell what piece is supposed to go where. And the set doesn't come with instructions. So you may want to look this up on Youtube first.

Could find better
Would have been nice to have directions, but just replace as you remove. Slowed leaked I had, didn’t stop it completely.

Foam pieces locations
The longer thick foam tube goes here! (See picture). Lift the seal on the back of the hardtop from the back and it’s right there. Sticks up a little bit after being installed properly but it will squish down during installation. Lots of installation instructions about the foam pieces but I couldn’t find this thing to save my life. I knew Omix wouldn’t waste the money including those pieces it if it wasn’t supposed to be installed. The smaller foam noodles go in the ends of the targa seal on the right freedom panel. It’s the long seal between the two freedom panels. It’s a D seal (might not look like the shape of a D anymore which causes the leak). This will help reinflate the ends of the seal.

Use videos in reviews to install/ look it up on YouTube. You may have left over pieces
First week after install I was disappointed because the larger tube that goes in the large hardtop piece in between the freedom panels was keeping the panels raised and still letting water in but after a week of sun & heat it has settled all the seals and I had 0 leaks in car wash so I am 100% satisfied great product.

Working great so far! My 2012 Jeep hard top started to leak water on both front doors on the arm rest area. I bought these, installed them, probably took an hour, and they seem to have fixed the leak I was visually seeing! Unfortunately I think water is still getting in somewhere else... This kit does not come with instructions but if you need help YouTube hardtop seal kit review & install.
