This product is amazing! The magnification is super clear. When you add the zoom in on your phone, you can see very minute details. My son and I have looked at several different objects, but insects and his crystal collection were his favorites (see attached pictures). You do need to hold the object very close to the lens as you would a typical compound light microscope. The lens is super easy to attach to your phone and no extra app is needed. It works with your normal phone camera.

I have not been able to get this to work properly, it is difficult to line it up with the correct camera as I want to utilize it for video and not a still camera. Since the Pixel Pro 7 have multiple cameras. After speaking with customer service, they are determined to take care of my concerns and work with me on the best best camera option for my specific phone and my specific needs... They're customer service has won me over.

This is probably the funnest purchase I made! Not only does it magnify it has it's own build in lights including UV. I've been playing around with molted feathers from my bird and it's amazing to see all the hidden details in the feathers. Great quality for the value. Lightweight with it's own carrying case and the universal clamp works on phones nobody has ever heard about like the Doogee V20. Setting it up takes a bit getting everything calibrated but overall worth the purchase

Could not figure this out for the life of me.

I had good experience with the manufacturer's previous products (macro lens, filter combo, etc.) for mobile photography. These products enabled me to try different photography ideas conveniently on a phone without spending several grands on more professional gears (mirrorless camera, special lenses, filters, etc.). So i purchased this microscope for using it on my iPhone 15 Pro to see what kind of microscopic pictures I may get out of it. Installation was smooth and easy to follow and I can quickly get it working. I like the availability of multiple settings on lighting to tune the image differently. However, the main issue i have with it is that i can't get the photo in focus unless I push the lens against the subject. the instruction manual suggested a 10mm gap for getting 100x magnification in my experience even a 5mm gap will make iPhone unable to get sharp images. So it becomes unusable for taking photos of things like insects where you can't touch the subjects. I attached a few example photos in this review with what they are about listed below.
