Good deal to be able to do simple fix on diswasher door. The door would fall to floor upon opening, I seen broken rope. Did my research found these to fix, easy to install. Cost is great compared to a new dishwasher.

Part was delivered on time. Fixed my dishwasher door and it doesn't fall down when door is opened. I would recommend this for LG dish washers...

Don’t feel intimidated by replacing this yourself. This retention cable is so easy to replace that your dishwasher will be back to normal function in no time. It’s a perfect replacement for the original. If you are like my family you use your dishwasher almost every day and parts will wear out, this one is an easy fix to keep it going like normal. The cable feels durable, but it’s hard to know how long this will last since I just installed it. Make sure you have the cable looped around the pulley correctly as shown in the picture, I had to uninstall and reinstall after the video install so it was correct because it will fit either way.
