The taste is really sweet but it helps with sleep, I give it to my 13 year old and my husband. They feel relax and it helps them stay asleep. I also use it and it works well for me.

I'm very disappointed. This shipment was gross! I've ordered this many times before. I love this product and this flavor tastes so good! But when I opened it to find it dark and it tasted disgusting. I cannot return it-????? If it's a defective product, it should be able to be returned. Especially with proof. UPDATE- the seller has graciously giving me a refund for this product. I will be re-ordering this because I do like it very much. It works really well and is convenient.

I have been using this for a while now. Sometimes I love the flavor and it definitely helps with sleep, but a couple of times I have received bottles that the liquid is a dark brown thicker liquid and the taste is horrible and I do not sleep as well. I am not sure if it is bad or what, but would love for the product to be more consistent in its quality.
