Not frying wraps
I wanted the spring roll wraps that I can fry. These are the regular see through white rice wraps meant to be eaten raw. I tried deep frying them according to directions and it looked like I was frying a white plastic cup. This is very misleading. I was disappointed.

Do NOT waste your money!
Most of the rice paper wrappers received were shattered, broken, in taters. Unable to use! Terrible!

Pan fry > deep fry
These are a great gluten from wrap for the lumpia i make. I would say that pan frying these help keep the shape better than deep frying. But as far as gluten free goes, these are amazing. Took forever to find a gluten free substitute for someone with celiac.
