I was hesitant to buy this after some reviews about it not getting hot enough. This thing got me through my wisdom teeth extraction. I had a tooth lodge sideways in my jar and recovery was awful. I needed heat therapy and this thing was amazing. It has a low, med, high, temp setting on it and a timer as well. Yes it might not be hot to touch but if you’re wearing it and remove it you can definitely tell the heat was there. I would recommend it to anyone have dental work.

Overall, I’m very pleased with this product. It does what it intends and is easy to use. My only complaint is that it doesn’t get hot enough, but that’s probably for safety reasons. Definitely helps my neck and jaw pain.

I purchased this for TMJ pain relief, and like many other reviewers, I experienced the same major problem: it barely gets warm even on the highest setting. The power cord gets warmer than the actual heating pad, which defeats the entire purpose of buying a heat therapy product. What Doesn't Work: • Heat output is insufficient - Even on "high" it's barely lukewarm • Velcro doesn't hold securely - It shifts around once it warms up (the little heat there is) • Quality control issues - Stopped working after initial use • False advertising - Marketed for pain relief but can't generate enough heat to actually help The Only Silver Lining: The design and adjustable strap are fine in theory, but they're meaningless when the core function—heating—doesn't work. I followed the directions exactly and gave it multiple attempts. Bottom Line:This product failed to deliver on its basic promise. I received a refund and threw it away. Don't make the same mistake. If you need a heating pad for TMJ or wisdom teeth recovery, look elsewhere. This isn't worth the money or the disappointment.

I’ve been using this for a while now for my TMD. My muscles are my biggest issue causing this disorder. It heats nicely and feels comfortable. My 2 complaints is I wish it was chargeable instead of needing to be plugged in because I’m stuck in one place. The second is I wish the heat went higher up on the straps . I am still using this until I find something better. It definitely does the job

This is amazing! Easy to use! Shuts off after time limit. Fits perfectly! This is one of my best purchases! When my jaw is aching and tense I wear this to fall asleep to and it helps so much! TMJ relief 100%

I unfortunately suffer from severe TMJD and desperately have been seeking relief. I thought this looked like a great idea and fit, unfortunately it doesn’t work for me. First the fit - it never sat nicely where it was over my jawline nicely. Then there is the cord placement - such an awkward place to connect it that you either have the cord going around half your head or it is pulling down on one side. The Velcro wasn’t very strong and since the fit wasn’t good if you moved it slid off. I even tried headbands, etc and eventually I gave up and sent it back. To top it off the heat was mild at best, like a warm rag. Needless to say it wasn’t for me
